Over 3 to 7 weeks, students attend daily Japanese classes, take part in cultural workshops, and travel across Japan — including overnight trips to Atami (hot springs by the sea) and Kyoto.

The campus

Kudan sits in the Iidabashi / Kudanshita area of central Tokyo — one of the city's best-connected neighborhoods. Multiple subway and JR lines are within a few minutes' walk.

Everything students need is nearby: convenience stores, restaurants, cafés, bookstores, parks, and historic shrines. It's a safe, walkable home base for exploring the rest of Tokyo on weekends.

Your Bridge to Japan — Keita Ohshiro

Keita Ohshiro, founder of KO WORKS LLC

I'm Keita Ohshiro, a University Lecturer and PhD candidate at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), and the founder of KO WORKS LLC.

My connection to Kudan is personal. My family has been involved in leading the school since 2011, and I worked on-site in Tokyo from 2012 to 2016. I know the campus, the staff, and the student experience firsthand — not as an outside agent, but as someone with firsthand experience and a genuine stake in its quality. I'm here to provide honest support.

I'd love to help you plan your journey to Japan!
